New Zealand Manuka honey is produced by bees collecting nectar from the local manuka plant (Leptospermum scoparium). Multifloral is honey that is taken from the nectar of a many different flowers, but will contain mainly nectar from Manuka flowers. The Manuka element will be combined/mixed/blended with other types of flowers, as the bee flies from one flower to flower.
